Every project starts with our in-house engineering team. Through BIM-enabled modelling and close collaboration with your consultants, we determine whether a stability core or a freestanding core is the best fit, select the optimum wall thickness (150–250 mm) and incorporate cast-in services, lifting sockets and fire-rated anchors. Factory casting under ISO-certified quality control produces a smooth, architectural-grade concrete surface ready for direct decoration. Impact-sound isolators at stair-to-landing interfaces keep acoustic bridges to a minimum and help you meet Approved Document E without site-applied screeds. The dense concrete core brings inherent one-hour (or higher) fire resistance, ensuring your main escape route remains protected.

Fast, safe installation

Modules are craned into position at up to four storeys per day. Once grouted, the stairs form an immediate working platform, eliminating the need for temporary scaffold towers in the core void. Our dedicated logistics team sequences deliveries for “just-in-time” erection, even on tight urban plots across Ireland and the UK.

Lift shafts that fit first time

If your scheme also needs lift access, we manufacture matching precast lift shafts in 50 mm increments from 1200 mm up to 2750 mm internal width. Cast-in guide-rails, recesses and lifting beams mean the shaft can accept your lift contractor’s kit without site chiselling, keeping tolerances tight and installation schedules predictable.
